The ski resort is very snow-reliable. The majority of the ski resort is located at over 1,600 metres and is therefore naturally snow-reliable. In addition, almost all slopes have snow-making capabilities. The village of Mayrhofen is at 630 metres, so there is not always snow in the valley.
