Les 2 Alpes is a modern and international ski resort founded after the Second World War. Dynamic and sporty, it is one of the major ski resorts of the French Alps. It is in the top 10 of resorts and ranks fourth in unaided awareness (2010).
Located on the border of the Alps of North and South in the heart of the Oisans in Rhone Alps, an hour from Grenoble, the station belongs to the generation stations built in greenfield site, on former pastures, divided between the villages of Venosc and Mont de Lans, 1600 meters.
