The valley between Les Arcs and La Plagne belongs completely to the cross-country sport. The entrance to the cross-country area is found behind Nancroix in Pont Baudin. The free ski buses circulate here from Peisey-Vallandry. There is also a cross-country centre with lockers, restrooms and a parking lot. The trails are located on the border of the Vanoise National Park. There is also an easily accessible high altitude trail above Arc 1800 at the Charmettoger chair lift.
