The slope preparation is excellent.
The slopes are groomed multiple times every night and are therefore in very good condition until the end of the ski day.
Tip: By new snow, an optimal slope prepartion is not always possible, even with a large effort. In addition, the new snow can not combine with the snow lying underneath and moguls are created quickly. For safety reasons, usually no slope preparation is possible during operating times.
All of the parking lots are free except in St. Vigil. The nearest highway is about 30 km away from the ski resort. Ski guests are offered the possibility of traveling by train to the ski resort, instead of by car or ski bus. It is also possible to travel between the Sextner Dolomiten and Kronplatz ski resorts every 30 minutes.
