Kaunertal Glacier caters very well for beginners. There is a practice area with a moving carpet next to the glacier car park at 2,750 metres. With the exception of the Weißseejochbahn lift, all lifts provide access to blue slopes. You can even ski from the highest point of the ski resort on the Falginjoch down to the Ochsenalmbahn 1 lift on easy and wide slopes.
