Beginners Jasná Nízke Tatry – Chopok

The Jasná ski resort is very suitable for beginners. On the southern side, there are many easy and long slopes to ski and there are beginner areas, such as at slope Nos. 10, 13, and 14.
The slopes at the peak of the Chopok are not suitable for beginners, however, they can transfer to the other side of the peak without a problem using the funitel or the gondola lift.
A short steep section on the northern side can be easily avoided by using the short Jasná-Priehyba funicular. The slopes marked with orange diamonds are not ski routes, but rather easy ski paths which are usually completely groomed and feature snow-making equipment. Thanks to the ski paths, beginners can also ski down to Krupova in the valley.
