Total result: 2.3 out of 5 stars

At the edge of the Town of Jackson is the small ski resort Snowking which offers predominant advanced runs through the forest. From the Snow King Center, where an ice rink and the Day Lodge is located, start the double chair Summit directly up to the peak at an elevation of 7808 ft. From here you can ski or ride only advanced runs and you can reach every point in the ski resort. Next to the double chair is the triple chair Cougar which leads up nearly to the half of the mountain and opens up runs for less advanced skiers and riders. Via the easy run Slow Trail you can glide to the double chair Rafferty where you can find easy to intermediate runs. Here is also the ski school area, with a self made rope tow, called Surface Tow. The area is located behind the hotel and the runs are easy to intermediate. From the Surface Tow and the Rafferty double chair you can ski or ride back to the Snow King Center. For a break or lunch you can go either to the hotel or to the Day Lodge at the Snow King Center.
