Lifts/cable cars Hochzeiger – Jerzens

Almost all runs can be accessed from modern chairlifts and gondola lifts. From the valley, an 8-person gondola lift takes you up to the ski resort of Hochzeiger. Specially designed gondolas operate here - Pitzi gondolas (named after the children's mascot) and Benni Raich gondolas, paying tribute to Benni Raich's World Championship title and Olympic victory. The two 6-person chairlifts and the very modern 8-person Hochzeiger 2.5 chairlift have heated seats and weather-protection covers. They provide access to all slopes in the upper area. The 8-person chairlift takes you to the highest point at almost 2,500 metres with fantastic panoramic views. Tow lifts at the middle station and in the valley are ideal for beginners. Moving carpets can be found in the ski school area. For those interested in a closer look at the operation of the ski resort, there are weekly ‘behind the scenes’ tours.
