Beginners Großarltal/​Dorfgastein

In Dorfgastein, beginners can start out with the ski schools in the valley and practise at the Rauchleiten button lift. Blue slopes lead from the Fulseck to the base station at Dorfgastein.

In Großarl, the Fischbacher Adventure Hill (Erlebniswiese) can be used free of charge. A moving carpet and a button lift are ideal for practising. There is also a ski school in Großarl. In the ski resort, beginners can ski from the Kreuzkogel down to the valley on blue slopes. The Kreuzhöhe button lift up in the ski resort is ideal for practising.

It is possible to ski from Großarl to Dorfgastein on easy slopes. However, you will need to ski intermediate slopes on the way back.
