Val Gardena offers long, difficult runs down to the valleys, such as Saslong, Ciampinoi and Dantercerpies, as well as shorter, more challenging steep runs. Skiing off-piste (freeriding) is forbidden, with the exception of the freeride terrain at Plan de Gralba, Seceda and Monte Pana, accompanied by a qualified Val Gardena mountain guide.
