Test result4 out of 5 stars

Evaluated by Skiresort.info, the world's largest test portal for ski resorts.
The evaluation is done as follows

Beginners First – Grindelwald

Beginners can ski on easy slopes in the upper area of the ski resort. From the highest point on the Oberjoch at 2,500 metres, you can ski via Schreckfeld to Hohwald on easy and wide slopes. There is even a ‘Slow Slope’ for slow skiing on the Oberjoch. The moving carpet and button lift in the bodmiARENA are ideal for first attempts. The bodmiARENA is located slightly above Grindelwald and can be accessed easily by ski bus. The valley runs are more intermediate and beginners should therefore take the gondola lift back down to the valley.
