The ski resort offers mainly intermediate slopes and therefore, some areas can only be partially recommended for pure beginners. Practice lifts and ideal beginner areas can be found in the base area, at the middle station of the Roten 8er, up between the Grafenberg and the Sonntagskogel, in the Hirschkogel and Obergass areas and at the Kreisten lift. The valley runs are generally more challenging.
