At the mountain station of the Asitzbahn II/Steinbergbahn II lifts at 1,763 metres (Leogang)

In winter, the Hotel Mama Thresl runs the exclusive Mountain Club on the Asitz. At lunchtimes, hendl fischerei serves Huwi's world famous Grill-Hendl (grilled chicken), spicy ribs and delicious Steckerlfish (fish grilled on a stick). Lobster, caviar, oysters, snails and steaks promise a real treat for foodies. Cool drinks, home-made lemonade, a selection of champagnes and an attractive wine list complete the offering. All accompanied by typical Ibiza DJ sounds. In fine weather, you can sit directly in the sunshine. The panoramic ceiling in the front part of the bar can be completely opened.

Der Schwarzacher

At the Unterschwarzachbahn lift base station at 1,060 metres (Hinterglemm)

The highlight in the Skicircus: restaurant, lounge, après-ski and drive-in. The restaurant (awarded 2 toques) serves high-quality cuisine. In the lounge, you can relax in comfort and watch the action on the slopes. Those in a hurry can quickly ski through the drive-in right next to the slope. In the evening, you can party in the après-ski bar.

At the base station of the Steinbergbahn I lift in Leogang

The KrallerAlm is renowned for its excellent cuisine and cosy atmosphere. The setting is homely and elegant. Après-ski starts in the afternoon.

At the mountain station of the Kohlmaisbahn lift at 1,790 metres (Saalbach)

This stylish venue has been completely renovated for the 2018/2019 season. You can enjoy exclusive cuisine here along with a breathtaking view of mountain landscapes. A lounge on the sun terrace adds the finishing touch.

Beside the Familenabfahrt (family run) from the Zwölferkogel just before the base station at 1,100 metres (Hinterglemm)

The Xandl Stadl in Hinterglemm has a reputation for its excellent cuisine. You can savour the experience in different dining rooms and beside the open fireplace. The bar is an inviting place to spend some time. Wine lovers are sure to find something to suit their taste on the extensive wine list. The Xandl Stadl also offers a wide selection of champagnes. The sun terrace is an inviting place to sit in fine weather.

This rustic restaurant serving excellent food is situated directly on the Asitz. In six dining rooms, historical items and numerous tools used by the old blacksmiths (Alte Schmiede) give the restaurant its unique rustic charm.

Asitz Bräu

At the mountain station of the Asitzbahn II/Steinbergbahn II lifts at 1,763 metres (Leogang)

The AsiztBräu is the highest brewing museum in Europe, with a ski hut atmosphere at 1,760 metres. Original brewery fare and beer from the oldest brewery in East Tyrol make a visit to the AsitzBräu a real experience. Beer is no longer brewed up here, but the atmosphere gives you the feeling of being in a real brewery.

Reiteralm

At the Sunliner 4er lift at 1,544 metres (Hinterglemm)

The Reiteralm has retained all the charm of a rustic and cosy mountain hut. It offers a high-quality selection of dishes, made mainly from home-grown produce. The menu naturally includes some Austrian classics and traditional home cooking. The dishes are seasoned with summer wild herbs gathered by the restaurant. A glass of good wine makes the experience complete. In fine weather, the large sun terrace with comfortable deckchairs and lounge chairs is an inviting place to sit.

Pfefferalm

On the Reiterkogelabfahrt run at 1,360 metres (Hinterglemm)

The Pfefferalm is one of the most traditional huts in the Skicircus, with an open fireplace, tiled stove and small dining rooms. The Pfefferalm promises ski hut fun and typical hearty meals. The dishes are based exclusively on produce from regional suppliers, butchers and farmers.

Rachkuchl

At the Schönleitenbahn lift middle station at 1,492 metres (Saalbach)

The Rachkuchl is a small and rustic ski hut with a tiled stove. It serves Salzburg specialities. In fine weather, you can also sit on the sun terrace and take in the view.

Rosswaldhütte

Between Hasenauer Köpfl and Hochalm at 1,600 metres (Hinterglemm)

The Rosswaldhütte was built in 1985 and is still serving up culinary delights today. It also has a large sun terrace. Table service is provided in the cosy dining rooms and on the sun terrace. There is also a self-service area.

Wildalpgatterl

At the mountain station of the Zillstatt and Gatterl button lifts at 1,310 metres (Fieberbrunn)

The Berggasthof Wildalpgatterl serves Tyrolean cuisine in a very welcoming atmosphere in the 100-year-old Jägerstube (hunters’ lounge). Deckchairs are available free of charge on the large sun terrace with a view of the Kitzbüheler Horn.
