The Fernie ski resort offers a nice snowpark at the Deer Chair. However, you need an RCR Park Access Pass (extra ticket) which can only be purchased at the ticket desk at the base. Children under 16 also need permission from their parents in order to use the park.

The Fernie Rail Park is located beneath the Deer triple chairlift. It offers numerous obstacles and jumps. The park is always well-maintained and offers fun for young and old alike. You must purchase an RCR Park Access pass in order to use the park.
