The small ski area of Feldthurns/Velturno is located above the village of Feldthurns, a good 1400 m beneath the 2436 m high Koenigsanger. A 400 m long pommel lift provides access to two slopes with an elevation difference of 115 metres and a total length of 1.5 km. The ski area is particularly well-suited for enjoyment skiers that want to take it a bit slower, but also for children and beginners. The ski area is also very popular with the locals. There is a gorgeous view of the Eisacktal and snow-making equipment ensures absolute snow reliability.
