In the center of Val d´Isère is the hotel Kandahar located. Only a few steps to the lifts and the slopes or you can take the free shuttle bus within Val d´Isère. On the first floor is a nice bar where also the breakfast is offered. Below the hotel is the famous restaurant Taverne d´Alsace with a lot of specialities. If the weather is nice you can sit in from of the hotel, you can relax and you can see the people in the Avenue Olympique. The rooms are rustic with a lot of wood. There is a ski room and a sauna to relax after a wonderful day of skiing at Escpace Killy. The hotel is only open in winter.
