If you want to conquer the peaks around the Dachstein with footwork, you will get to Rußbach into a new touring heaven from this winter.A new route has been created in the Dachstein West ski region, which scores points with beautiful views and a groomed valley run. With a length of 3.6 kilometres and an altitude difference of 630 metres, the uncomplicated, approximately one and a half hour "Spritztour" is also suitable for ambitious beginners.2019/2020
**Innovations Rußbach at the pass Gschütt - Dachstein West**
In the season 2018/19, the Dachstein West ski region was awarded as the world's leading ski resort for up to 60 km of slopes by skiresort.de, the largest test portal for ski resorts. One more reason to try this panorama ski region on your own! In order to experience this natural beauty in the best possible way, the 44 km-long "Panoronda" ski enjoyment round, which is signposted, was created. It is navigable in both directions and takes guests to the most panoramic places in our region.

Zwisiland Gosau
ZWISI is the fun character who got his name from the nearby Zwieselalm, and shares it with thenew children’s land at the valley station of the Panorama Jet lift in Gosau. Zwisiland is constantly being added to with new attractions.

The Panoronda ski circuit with Dachstein views is a grand experience for all ski fans. With a length of 44 km, it offers varied skiing enjoyment on well prepared slopes. Hunger for experience and thirst for adventure can also be stilled in the numerous traditional ski huts.

Pure fun - on and off the slopes!
"Pure fun - on and off the slopes" - this best describes the innovations at the Dachstein West ski region for the 2011/2012 winter season:Beneath the 6-person chairlift on the Edtalm, which was built only last year for 8.7 million Euro and includes a snow production system, the speedy "Wilde Hilde" will be opened. With a 67% incline, this run is right behind Austria's steepest run, the "Harakiri" in Mayrhofen in the Zillertal (78% incline). 45 snow cannons ensure snow coverage on 80% of the slope area within a short period of time.
The Snow Park Dachstein West beneath the Edtalm lift was redesigned by a freestyle expert team and obstacles were added for a real adrenaline kick. The freestyle professionals from Q-Park shape and professionally maintain the area throughout the winter.
More space and comfort is offered with approx. 100 parking spaces in the extended parking lot located directly at the base station of the Horn lift Russbach.
In Annaberg, there are also new snow cannons which ensure continuous snow coverage and therefore unlimited fun on the slopes in the true sense of our new slogan.
