The ski resort of Brauneck in Lenggries can be easily accessed from the Salzburg or Garmisch motorway. Lenggries is 10 kilometres to the south of Bad Tölz and Munich is just 60 kilometres or so away. The ski resort can be accessed from two areas: first, using the Brauneck cable car in Lenggries, and secondly at the Jaudenhang and Draxl lifts in the district of Wegscheid. 4,000 free parking places are available at the base stations. Travelling to the resort by train and bus with the Bayerische Oberlandbahn (BOB) is an environmentally-friendly alternative. The BOB combined ticket between Munich and Lenggries includes a day ski pass as well as return travel by train and the bus transfer from the train station to the ski resort.Access via
