Bridger Bowl is flanked by two large bowls to the North and South. Most of the ski area offers wide open terrain with a variety of landscapes including long slopes, glades, chutes, gullies in addition to other smaller bowls. Bridger Bowl is located only 20 minutes up Bridger Canyon from the exciting town of Bozeman. From the large parking lots, located at the Saddle Peak und Jim Bridger Lodge, start the double chair Virginia City and the quad Powder Park up to the Deer Park Chalet and to the other slopes in the ski resort. The runs at these two lifts in the lower part of the area are easy to very easy, first the upper lifts are for the advanced skiers and riders. On the lift side the triple chair Pierre´s Knob open up intermediate to advanced terrain in the South Bowl. Next to the triple starts the double chair Deer Park to mostly advanced runs below The Ridge. With the double chair Bridger you can reach the highest lifted point in the ski resort at an elevation of 2470m and from here you can ski or ride into the South Bowl and North Bowl. On the right side is the double chair Alpine which can be reached with the Powder Park quad. Here you have easy to advanced runs. You can´t get lost in the ski resort because nearly all the runs end at the base station and the parking lots but you do not have to ski always down you can also ski directly to the upper lifts from the upper slopes. Next to the base lodges is the short triple chair Snow Flake, especially for the beginners with an easy slope. For lunch or a break you can visit the two lodges at the base station or the Deer Park Chalet at the mid station. This ski resort is for everybody, advanced skiers and riders will find their terrain on the upper mountain and the beginners on the lower mountain and on some lifts you have runs of all levels of difficulty.
