Alta offers some beautiful accommodation right next to the ski slopes: Alta Lodge, Alta’s Rustler Lodge, Snowpine Lodge and Goldminer’s Daughter Lodge. The Alta Peruvian Lodge is located directly in the ski resort. It often offers half-board or all-inclusive packages.

Alternative accommodation is available in the metropolitan area around Salt Lake City. The ski resort is just 40 minutes or so from Salt Lake City. It is around 25 minutes from Sandy and Cottonwood Heights in Salt Lake County. The journey to the ski resort takes you over a mountain road through the Little Cottonwood Canyon.

There are some accommodations with direct access to the slopes and to lifts (Ski-in/Ski-out)
