On the Alpe di Siusi (Seiser Alm), there are a great deal of accommodation options directly at the slopes. The largest plateau in Europe is home to some very good hotels. Tourism is strongly developed in Compaccio (Compatsch) on the Alpe di Siusi (Seiser Alm). Additional accommodation can be found around Saltria. People staying in accommodation directly on the Alpe di Siusi (Seiser Alm) are given a special driving permit, as access for private vehicles is prohibited between 9 am and 5 pm. Additional accommodation is available in the valley. From there, you then take a gondola lift from Siusi allo Sciliar (Seis am Schlern) and Ortisei (St. Ulrich) in Val Gardena (Gröden).
