Alpe d'Huez primarily operates very modern lifts. The accommodations are located directly in the ski resort. The lifts and slopes can therefore be accessed comfortably by foot. In the larger town of Alpe d'Huez, there are also free shuttle buses. All of the winter sport villages are accessible by bus lines departng from Grenoble.
