Gastronomy/Eating at the ski resort Alpe Cermis – Cavalese

There are restaurants available throughout the Alpe Cermis ski resort with the exception of the slopes on the Prafiorì. The huts and restaurants serve mainly regional specialties and homemade pizzas. The many large sun terraces are very inviting.

Rifugio Paion

At the peak of the Paion at 2250 m

The Rifugio Paion is the highest restaurant in the Alpe Cermis ski resort and it serves very good food. The self-service restaurant prepares the food in view of the guests. Accompanying wines are also available. When the weather is nice, the sun terrace is very inviting.

Eurotel Hütte

At the mountain station of the Cermis gondola lift at almost 2000 m

The Eurotel Hütte is located right next to the hotel. It features cozy dining rooms. You should not miss the homemade pizzas.
