Separate foldable piste maps are available for Planai/Hochwurzen, Reiteralm and Hauser Kaibling and show the entire 4-Mountain Ski Area. Details, such as symbols showing the locations of restaurants, are provided only for the specific mountain which means that skiers need a new piste map for more information when switching to another mountain. On the back of the maps, there is information on special attractions (i.e. snowpark, Funslope), ski buses, opening times and ski pass prices.

Real-time information on open lifts and slopes is displayed in all areas of the ski resort. Numerous directional signs point the way clearly at all intersections and main hubs on the slopes.
